Complaints and resolution

Step 1 — Tell us about it

Write to info@gibsonskilldevelopment.com with the subject line "Complaint". Include the email address on your account, what happened, the date it happened, and what you would like us to do about it. A screenshot helps when it is something on screen.

Step 2 — We look into it

We reply to say we have it, usually within a few days, and then look into what happened. We may ask you a question or two so we are fixing the right thing.

Step 3 — We work it out together

Both sides agree to work in good faith for at least 60 days from the day the complaint is sent. That is enough time for a refund, a repair, a restored picture, or a plain explanation, and it settles nearly every problem without anyone needing a lawyer.

Step 4 — Arbitration, if it is still not settled

If the 60 days pass and we still disagree, the dispute goes to final and binding arbitration instead of court. Everyone who uses Color with Grace agrees to this when they accept the Terms of Use.

Arbitration means a single neutral arbitrator hears both sides under the consumer rules of a recognized arbitration service and makes a decision that both sides must follow. It is faster and far less expensive than a lawsuit, and there is no jury.

Claims are brought individually. Nobody joins a class action or a group proceeding. Small claims court is still open for claims that qualify, and either side may ask a court for an urgent order about account misuse or stolen artwork.

This app exists to put scripture and creativity in front of families. We would always rather listen, apologize and fix something than fight about it. Please give us that chance.
