1. Who may use Color with Grace

You must be 13 or older to make your own account. Children younger than that may use the app through a family profile that a parent or guardian sets up and watches over. The adult who owns the account is responsible for everything done under it, including anything a child does on a family profile.

Keep your password private. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.

2. Your artwork and your writing

Anything you color, write, upload, or create with the picture maker belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your work.

You give Color with Grace permission to store your work, show it back to you on your devices, and display it to anyone you send a share link to. That permission exists only so the app can do what you asked it to do. Delete a picture and that permission ends with it.

You promise that anything you upload is yours to upload — your own photo, or a picture you have the right to use. Do not upload other people's photos without their permission, and never upload a photo of a child who is not in your care.

3. What you may not do

Do not use Color with Grace to make or share anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent, or cruel, and do not use it to harass anyone. Do not try to break into the app, work around payment, resell access, or copy the app's own artwork and lessons for resale.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right.

4. Free pictures, memberships and payments

Everyone gets a small number of free pictures from the picture maker. After that, the picture maker needs a membership or a picture pack. Prices are shown on the Pricing page before you pay.

Memberships renew until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time and keep your membership until the end of the period you already paid for. Picture packs and one-time purchases are used as soon as they are applied to your account and are not refundable once used.

If something went wrong with a payment, write to us first — see the complaints section below. We would much rather fix it than argue about it.

5. The app is provided as it is

We work hard to keep Color with Grace running, saving your work, and printing cleanly. Even so, the app is provided "as is" without promises of any kind. We do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or suited to a particular purpose.

Keep your own copies of anything you cannot bear to lose. Every picture can be downloaded or printed, and we recommend doing that for your favorites.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Color with Grace and Teri Gibson are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Talk to us first — complaints before court

If you are unhappy about anything at all, you agree to try to settle it with us directly before starting any formal proceeding. Send your complaint through the Complaints page and give us the details: what happened, when, and what you would like done about it.

We will reply, look into it, and work with you in good faith for at least 60 days from the day you send it. Most problems are simple mistakes and are fixed quickly at this stage.

7. Agreement to arbitration

If a dispute is still not resolved after that 60-day period, you and Color with Grace agree that it will be settled by final and binding arbitration, not in court and not before a jury. This applies to every kind of claim between us, however it is described.

The arbitration will be handled by a recognized arbitration service under its consumer rules, by a single arbitrator, in English, and in the state where Color with Grace is based unless we both agree otherwise. The arbitrator decides the dispute and the award may be entered in any court with proper authority.

Claims must be brought on an individual basis only. You and Color with Grace both give up the right to bring or join a class action, a collective action, or a representative proceeding.

Two exceptions: either of us may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either of us may ask a court for an urgent order to stop misuse of accounts, artwork, or other intellectual property.

If you do not want to be bound by arbitration, tell us in writing through the Complaints page within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms, and arbitration will not apply to you.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will say so in the app. Using Color with Grace after a change means you accept the new terms.
